What can I expect from the event?
The Experience is an immersive event based on Netflix's hit Korean series. Participants will take part in five intense challenges, from the iconic "Red Light, Green Light" to a variety of brand-new challenges created exclusively for London. Additionally, the experience features a Korean-inspired night market, offering a wide variety of food, merchandise, and themed photo opportunities.

The experience is located at Immerse LDN, ExCeL Waterfront, London, E16 1XL
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
This experience is held indoors.
How long does the experience last?
The duration of the experience is approximately 60 minutes.
Is there an age requirement?
The experience is open to all, and all guests playing the game require a ticket, regardless of age. Parents are encouraged to use their judgment about their child’s ability to fully participate in this series of physical and strategic games.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
Yes, food and beverage will be available to purchase in the Night Market at the end of the experience. The Night Market is open to ticket holders only.
How physically demanding will the experience be?
Squid Game: The Experience is a series of games that involve remaining in an upright position and moving for most of the 60 minutes. The entire experience is accessible for people in wheelchairs or people who require the use of other assistive devices. Will there be additional sessions?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
Yes! There will be merchandise for sale in the retail store. The store is accessible to ticketed guests only.
Can I bring food and drink to the experience?
Food and drink are not permitted inside the venue with the exception of resealable bottles of water.
ABOUT TICKETS
Can I purchase tickets on the door?
We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.
You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Tickets are non-refundable unless your session is cancelled or rescheduled.

ABOUT ACCESS TO THE EVENT
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
We recommend you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your ticketed entry time.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Yes, Guide and Assistance dogs are allowed.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event is being held in an accessible venue. If you think you may require additional assistance, please email info@lunaglobal.com
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
For the proper function of the games, suitcases, backpacks or similar sized items are not permitted inside the experience. Likewise, strollers and baby carriers are not permitted.
A cloakroom is available for small personal items for an additional fee.
Do you offer carer tickets?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker. Please contact us HERE with proof of needing a carer ticket. Once we receive this, we will provide you with the code of a voucher, that you can use to purchase your free carer ticket. Please keep in mind that you will have to show this, along with your tickets, to enter the venue. Each carer’s ticket will need to be purchased with at least one other full price ticket.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
This is a walkthrough experience, so there won't be any seating available.
Will restrooms be available on site?
This venue has restrooms with accessible and baby changing facilities for ticketed guests only.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Yes, although please do so in a way that is not disruptive to your teammates’ enjoyment of the experience or while actively playing a game. We have premium photo opportunities available in the Night Market at the end of the experience. Digital and printed photos are available to purchase.
Is there a Lost & Found?
We would recommend asking the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please reach out to us at info@lunaglobal.com
Is there parking available?
Parking is available for pre-booked customers only during this event (subject to availability).
